2) CONTRACT OBJECT
Oh my neon offers services oriented to advertising signage, specifically channel letters and silicone neon led signs. Oh my neon reserves the right to add to its catalog products when it's considered appropriate, whether are these or not related to the signage industry. All these products can be purchased via www.ohmyneon.com being paid by telematicmeans means.
Oh my neon does not offer services related to the assembly of its products, however it sends along with the channel letters an assembly template (in paper or digital) along with pieces for the installation of the product such as: separators, metal screws, plastic screws, etc. These mentioned pieces do not guarantee that with them, the assembly of the product can be carried out on any surface, it the user who evaluates the way in which it will be installed and exempts Oh my neon from any liability that has to do with the installation process.
3) INSTANT BUDGET AT OH MY NEON
Oh my neon has an innovative budget system that allows the customer to view in real time the final look of their sign in real time. Oh my neon reviews the designs entered on its server to verify that they can be manufactured with the features selected by the client, and may inform the client if any changes in thickness or the design itself should be applied to carry out the manufacture of the sign.
Due to the different variations that a color may present in different monitors, Oh my neon does not undertake to deliver a product that resembles 100% of the color that the customer has displayed on its screen.
The font selected in the budgeting process can also be subject to slight thickness changes to ensure optimal manufacturing. These changes (as long as they are light) will not be consulted with the customer as the design team of Oh my neon will make sure to maintain the aesthetics of the font to make these almost imperceptible.
The commercial team of Oh my neon will communicate via e-mail with the customer to send an order confirmation. In the event that there is no response within 24hrs, the features of the sign are considered to be correct and the manufacturing process will start.
4) MANUFACTURE AND DELIVERY PLACES
The products shown in www.ohmyneon.com have different manufacturing deadlines, being the minimum of 5 working days and the maximum of 15 working days. These deadlines must be joined by the delivery period which it's managed by a third company outside Oh my neon.
Oh my neon its not responsible if the package has delays due to mismanagement by the transport company, which could have to do with: poorly transited packages, delays due to adverse weather conditions, times / holidays in the sending or destination community, etc.
Oh my neon is exempt from compensation for delays in the delivery time, either for mismanagement of the transport company or for delays in production.
5) PAYMENT AND RETURNS
The payment of the products displayed in www.ohmyneon.com will always be in advance using the payment methods offered on the website.
If the user is not satisfied with the quality or finish of the products of www.ohmyneon.com, the user must inform the staff with a maximum period of 24 hours later having received the package. Fulfilling this condition, Oh my neon undertakes to evaluate the situation and bear the costs of returning the package to its facilities, checking/repairing and then sending it back to the customer.
If the claim occurs outside the estimated time, the customer agrees to bear the shipping costs to the Oh my neon facilities.
If it is a customized product, www.ohmyneon.com does not undertake to make refunds, but it undertakes to solve the incident or the cause of the discontent in the shortest time possible.
