- WHAT KIND OF NEON DO YOU MANUFACTURE?

We produce Flex LED Neon Signa, a young and fresh alternative to traditional glass neon signs, which are usually more dangerous, difficult to assemble, break easily and are not very environmentally friendly.

The Flex LED Neon, on the other hand, is a very durable product, totally safe to handle (you won't get electrocuted ;)), economical and environmentally friendly. What's more, LEDs consume very little energy!

All of our flexible Neon LED signs are made on a transparent methacrylate base and with 6 or 8mm neon of the best quality, as well as having a variety of colours to suit your style.  

- HOW DOES IT CONNECT TO THE POWER SUPPLY?

Your neon is easy to turn on. It doesn't have batteries, we sell it with a transformer (it looks like a pc charger, to give you an idea) so you can plug it in, just like you would a lamp or your laptop.

- HOW TO ASSEMBLE IT?

Assembly is also very simple: our neon signs are manufactured on a transparent methacrylate base (a colourless plastic), so you can place them on any surface without any problem. We also drill holes in the methacrylate base, so you can hang it on the wall with screws or wires as you would a painting (assembly parts are NOT included).

The neon cable is transparent and unobtrusive, and measures 1.20 m (calculate that the transformer also measures 20 to 50 cm, depending on the case).

- WHAT DOES THE REMOTE CONTROL ALLOW ME TO DO?

The remote control is your magic wand! It allows you to switch your neon on and off remotely, adjust the intensity of the light and choose the type of light effect. We definitely recommend including it in your purchase!

- WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF BASE?

Our neon lights come on a 5 mm thick transparent methacrylate base (a colourless plastic). Depending on the design and your personal taste, you can choose between two options for this base:

RECTANGULAR: your design will be framed by a transparent rectangular base.

SHAPED: the base will follow the shape of your design.

- WHAT COLOURS CAN I CHOOSE FOR MY NEON?

We have 9 colours available for your neon: cold white, warm white, golden yellow, lemon yellow, orange, red, blue, turquoise, green and fuchsia.

And here's the good news: you can choose more than one colour for your neon light J

- WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN INDOOR AND OUTDOOR USE?

Depending on where your neon will be placed, you will have to choose its use:

INDOOR USE: If you already know that your neon will not leave the house and will stay in a closed and sheltered space, then you can choose indoor use, remember that it cannot get wet and cannot be exposed to the sun!

OUTDOOR USE: if your neon will be a street tramp and will be exposed to rain, snow, wind and sun, then you must choose the outdoor use: we will treat it in a special way, so that it can get wet and survive without being damaged.

- DO YOU ALSO PRODUCE LOGOS AND DESIGNS?

Of course we do! Letters, logos, drawings... whatever you want and whatever your imagination suggests. Just send us an image and we will neonise it.

- HOW CAN I PERSONALISE MY NEON?

That's right, you can customise your neon sign and create one that is uniquely yours! Let yourself be inspired and create something fantastic... just hit the link here!

- HOW CAN I CHANGE THE COLOUR, FONT AND SIZE OF MY NEON?

We have created an easy-to-use customisation tool to make creating your neon a simple and fun process.

Once you have typed your text in the text box and clicked OK, the sketch will be loaded into the simulation window.

Double-clicking on it (or pressing the red wheel button at the top) will open a magic window: this is where you can change the colour, font and size of your neon by clicking on the black arrow.

Remember: if your neon consists of more than one paragraph, you can edit each part separately!

- WHAT IF THE FONT I WANT IS NOT AVAILABLE?

You're creating your own neon, but the font you like isn't available? No problem! Send us the name of the font or an image and we will create your neon for you.

- I WANT TO CONFIRM MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you are working on the creation of your neon with one of our assistants and you are happy with the result, you can create an account on our site and notify the assistant, who will place the neon in your shopping cart, and it will be ready to be paid for using the method you prefer.

If you are working alone, once you have chosen your neon, all you have to do is click on "Add to cart" and complete the purchase.

In both cases, if you choose to pay by bank transfer, remember to send us your payment slip immediately: without it we cannot confirm your order!

You can also ask for a proforma before making the transfer, if you need it.

- I HAVE PURCHASED MY NEON. ARE SHIPPING COSTS INCLUDED? HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED?

We have good news: the price you see already includes shipping costs, so you won't have to pay anything else.

You will receive your neon in no time at all.

Our production and shipping times are as follows:

SPAIN: 5-7 working days

ITALY, FRANCE, GERMANY, PORTUGAL: 7-10 working days

- ARE THE NEON SIGNS COVERED BY A GUARANTEE? WHAT HAPPENS IF MY NEON IS DAMAGED?

Our products come with a 2-year guarantee. If your neon arrives broken or has a manufacturing defect, we will remanufacture it.
